Tuna Tartar Stacker

A great Saku Block of Tuna for our Tuna Tartar. Stacked on a round of Nori, a bed of sushi rice, some nice ripe avocado, marinated cold tuna, then topped with Micro Greens and Crispy Wontons. Served with a nice bottle of bubbly, this was a nice and refreshing appetizer before the Asian-themed dinner
