Short Description
A bright, fruity peach white balsamic vinaigrette with a hint of mustard and lemon
Ingredients
3 oz white balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons peach syrup
1 ½ teaspoons Coleman dry mustard
3 pinches salt
3 teaspoons lemon juice
9 oz olive oil
Preparation
Combine the vinegar, peach syrup, mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk the ingredients together, gradually incorporating the oil as you continue to whisk.
Once all the oil is added, season with a pinch of salt. Transfer the mixture to a sealed jar and refrigerate.
